Ouroboros: a serpent biting its own tail. A mythological and alchemic symbol of the cyclic nature of the universe: creation out of destruction, life out of death. The ouroboros eats its own tail to sustain its life in an eternal cycle of renewal.

Galaxy 4

There are some times when I realize how much I love the universe. And the planets and stars and things. It’s just so vast and so much beautiful possibility in every dot of light in the sky. And then, even when you think it’s just black, dense sky, there will always be light beyond it, even if you can’t touch it now, it’s out there waiting to be discovered by somebody who needs to see the light and know about it.
